内容概要:The need and demand for ethical management in China is stronger today than ever before. Yet, while Chinese institutions welcome technologies and management techniques from the West, many are reluctant to embrace foreign values and ethics. One solution may be a unique combination of ancient Chinese philosophy with Western management research. Professor Akina will share wisdom from his academic research and consultations with business leaders in Asia and the West. Participants in this seminar will gain practical knowledge about how to lead and manage ethically in the East-West global context. Additionally, Akina will present a system of ethical management that is ancient, and authentically Chinese, yet also aligned with fundamental values of classical Western ethics.
