Personal profile

Liu Zengguang, born in 1984now is associate professor, doctoral supervisor in Chinese philosophy in Renmin University of China. Liu Liu has published three books, including Development History of Studies on the Xiaojing (Zhonghua Publishing House,2023), Studies on the Xiaojing in Late Ming Dynasty (Shanghai Ancient Books Publishing House, 2015), Chinese Philosophy in Light of Modern Perspectives (Liaoning Renmin Publishing House,2023). In addition, he has also published 40 philosophical papers on journals such as Contemporary Chinese Thought, Philosophical Research(《哲学研究》), both in Chinese and English.

Translated Works:

1. The Philosophy of Daodejing, wrote by Hans-Georg Moeller, Columbia University Press, 2006. The translation by Liu Zengguang was published by Renmin Publishing House, 2010.

2. Moral fool: A Case for Amorality, wrote by Hans-Georg Moeller, Columbia University Press, 2010. The translation by Liu Zengguang was published by Oriental Publishing center, 2023.
