Paulus Li, also known as Li Kezheng in Chinese, currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the School of Philosophy, Renmin University of China (RUC).

From 2018 to 2021, he held positions as Assistant Professor (2018-2020) and subsequently as Associate Professor (2020-2021) at the Institute of Ethics, Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences. During this time, he also served as the Editor of Morality and Civilization. He transitioned to his current role at the School of Philosophy, RUC, in 2021.

Paulus specializes in German Idealism and modern ethics, with a specific expertise in Kant's theoretical philosophy, moral philosophy, and philosophy of religion. He has authored over 20 scholarly papers on Kantian philosophy in reputable academic journals, led a project supported by the National Social Science Foundation of China, and published an academic monograph along with several scholarly translations. Additionally, Paulus has been honored with the Tianjin Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award for his contributions to the field.
